Woooo…After watching the first the other day, I wanted a sequel to be released and its going to be and it sounds like its gonna be a good film.
Lauren German, Bijou Philips and Heather Matarazzo are offering themselves up for punishment in Hostel 2.
Following the premise of Eli Roth’s horror hit, the sadistic sequel will follow the misfortunes of a trio of female foreign students awaiting a similar fate as it transpires that the first film’s hostel was not the only one of its kind.
Should they sign up, German will play a wealthy girl, Philips her best friend and Matarazzo a hanger-on, The Hollywood Reporter says.
Filming is scheduled to begin next month in Slovakia.
The Teaser Trailer to the new Saw movie is out and well it looks really good…I have been waiting for a HQ trailer ever since it came out with the Descent and we had those shoddy Youtube Cam Recordings…lol
Now and again after I watch a movie I shall post a little sum up of what i thought about it because I want to allow my readers a chance to read and see what I see.
Just now I watched a horror film called The Descent and well it was f*****g scary because of 2 reasons really 1) I was sitting in the dark watching it, never good to watch a horror movie in the dark on your own it makes it a whole lot worse and 2) The creature things were horrible they were like slimy humans that ate….humans!!!
Basically the premise is these group of girls set out to go cave walking so to speak and when they get down there they find out they are not alone because these slimy things are crawling around and leaving their previous victims all over the joint. The good thing about this movie is that it was directed by Neil Marshall who did the other good brit horror called dog soldiers which has some hardcore gore in it at various parts and that was a good movie so I expected good things with this and certainly got some good viewing…there were gripes tho. One gripe would be the idea that these “things” lived down there with no food for years because they find previous peoples stuff from the victorian era so its obivious these things lived on something…so they must of come out the cave at some point and another thing would be the girls voices one is typical english I really hate that in a movie…other then that it recieves a rappy rating of…
There are some class stills from Saw 3 that have been released and on top of that if you go and see the Decent at the cinema you also get to the trailer (which is already out in looooow quality)
What a name for a film!!!…it cant get any worse when it comes to sequels for films. The others wernt that bad but this takes the horror biscuit and if you are interested heres the amazing plotline.
A group of teens accidentally kill a fellow friend in a 4th of July prank. They all band together and decide to take there secret to the grave. Little do they know that they really will be taking there secret quite literally to the grave as one year later there secret comes back for revenge. Can they work out who’s killing them off one by one or will they all take there secret to the grave.
I might wait for this to appear either on sky telly or in a bargain bin in a video store but if you want to watch it now look on amazon and its there to buy.
There seems to be a sequel to 28 days later being made without Danny Boyle the man behind the first film. Donno whether it could or would work without the man who did the original but who knows I like the idea of making tho, the zombies/infected were cool fast moving undead people…always gives me the creeps!!!
Fox Atomic, an offshoot of 20th Century Fox, have revealed information about the sequel to hit film 28 Days Later.
Their press release states: “The film picks up six months after the Rage virus has decimated the city of London. The U.S. Army has restored order and is repopulating the quarantined city, when a carrier of the Rage virus enters London and unknowingly re-ignites the spread of the deadly infection, wreaking havoc on the entire population.”
Directed by Spaniard Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, the project will not involve 28 Days Later star Cillian Murphy. However, creators Danny Boyle, Alex Garland and Andrew Macdonald will return to work on the sequel.
The film is scheduled for release in May 2007.
